To ensure your complete satisfaction with any purchase from Commercial Van Interiors (CVI), we will exchange or return and purchases made on our website. Any unused item(s) must be returned in new condition and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of item(s) for credit, refund or exchange (less any shipping, insurance and related costs). Special order items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number. When making a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email at contact@commercialvan.com or by phone at 1-800-759-7477 and we will provide you a RA number.
2. Include the RA number with your return, written on the outside of all packaging.
3. For your protection, we recommend that the item be insured at its original value when shipped.
4. Your refund or credit, if desired, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of item(s) by CVI
